General Terms
Initial orders may ship COD or prepaid on Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. Customers may apply for Net 15 Terms. Please contact us for application materials, as Terms are not automatically granted. A charge of $30 will be applied for checks returned. DuckyWorld reserves the right to reinstate COD or pre-pay terms based on payment history without notification.

Shipping
Orders shipped ground via FedEx, UPS and USPS to US addresses as well as international from Minneapolis, MN. Please contact us with special delivery needs.

Our Guarantee
DuckyWorld guarantees all products against defects. If you are not completely satisfied with items you purchased, please contact us toll free at 866- 493-6999 or email info@duckyworld.com.

Guaranteed Product Exchange Program
If, after 2 months, store managment is not happy with a Yeowww! Catnip toy's movement, that sku may be returned. Please contact us to arrange return and obtain an exchange number. Credit will be calculated at 100% of the invoiced price. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. (We recommend using UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your protection.) Returned product must be in it's original container, labels attached and free of store cat hair. In other words: it-never-left-the-shelf condition.

Returns Policy
Please provide us with the store’s information and a contact person. Also provide the date of return, reason for return and the item returned. We cannot credit your account or replace the item with your next order without this information.

Sample Policy
Samples are provided upon request at wholesale prices. DuckyWorld will credit your account the cost of the sample once an order is placed. Please be sure to mention the sample credit upon ordering. Credits will not be given after 30 days from shipping date. Standard shipping and handling charges apply.

Promotions Policy
DuckyWorld periodically offers promotions. These are valid on new orders and cannot be used on orders already placed. Promotions must be mentioned or entered at time of order and cannot be combined. Other restrictions, when applicable, will be noted on promotional materials.

Images and other Media
It is important to us that our products are displayed with the most current and highest quality images. we'd prefer that distributors and retailers (store, online, etc) did not take images from our website, but rather use images that have been prepared especially for distribution. For this purpose a special site has been created where you can download jpegs and high res tifs of all our products anytime. We apologize that we do not sell our products direct to the consumer. Please browse our list of stores by location to find someone who carries our products near your loaction. There are also several online retailers you can order directly from over the internet.
